About the role The Housing Allocations team at West Northamptonshire Council are looking for an experienced manager to help us deliver a compliant, high quality service for the people of the county.
The post is based at One Angel Square in Northampton, with the option of flexible working across our main offices. You will be part of a dedicated management team who are committed to making the service the best it can be.

Having undergone significant transformation through the launch of a new policy in 2024, the team are now in a position to identify and deliver improvements which will focus on service excellence and customer experience.
Managing a small team of Allocations Officers, you will be a motivational leader, with a strong focus on process improvement and a passion for quality of service.
