Job Description We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housing Attendant to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Housing Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining clean and well-organised accommodations. Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel Assist with laundry services as needed Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory of supplies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies Qualifications Secondary school education or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred Excellent cleaning and housekeeping skills Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures Strong time management and organisational abilities Keen attention to detail Outstanding customer service skills Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the day Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays First aid certification is desirable Additional Information What awaits you...
