Collaborate with community resources and agencies to support clients' stability. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in case management or housing services preferred. Knowledge of local resources and programs. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Vehicle transportation required, no exceptions.
