Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Idaho Housing and Finance Association. As a Housing Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our HUD and Tax Credit programs. In This Role, You Will: Manage administrative processes, including record-keeping, data entry, and deadline management Coordinate PBCA and Tax Credit activities, including detailed property information, reporting, and owner/agent communication Maintain data integrity, including data entry, report generation, and spreadsheet management Coordinate compliance-related activities across departments and with external agencies Prepare and process invoices and billing for PBCA and Tax Credit properties, including tracking and following up on payments Manage all the property on and off boarding Other job duties as assigned At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of clerical experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in housing compliance, property management, or related fields is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit program regulations preferred
