JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re excited to be recruiting for our brand-new Housing Disrepair Team, and we’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and super-organised person to join us.
Please note this is an admin role.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Communicate professionally via email and telephone with clients and colleagues
· Demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Show excellent verbal and written communication skills
· No formal qualifications required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial
· Experience using Proclaim is advantageous but not essential
· Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
· A self-motivated, proactive approach to office administration
· Taking calls from clients reporting disrepair.
· Vetting potential claims for housing disrepairs via the phone.
· Taking client information over the phone and entering it onto Claims portal.
· Transferring eligible cases to solicitors.
· Provide head of HDR with any administrative tasks.
· Maintain accurate, real-time information across systems to keep operations running smoothly.
· Ensure that details regarding claims remain confidential and are stored securely.
· Communicate effectively with tenants on the telephone and in writing.
