WE ARE NOW LOOKING TO EXPAND OUR TEAM FURTHER AND A HOUSING DISREPAIR FEE EARNER IS NOW REQUIRED FOR AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A DYNAMIC AND GROWING LAW FIRM IN BOLTON. SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AND DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.

Cromptons Solicitors are a LEXCEL accredited practice looking to expand their Housing Disrepair team with an additional fee earner with experience in this area of law.
Candidates must have the ability to run a caseload from start to finish. You will have proven knowledge of Housing Disrepair claims along with knowledge of the CPR rules. Litigation experience is preferable. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be a committed and self-motivated individual who can work as part of a friendly team to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
Applications are invited from Legal Executives/Paralegals/Fee Earners or NQ Solicitors with NQE of up to 2 years with at least 6-12 months experience as a Housing Disrepair fee earner with proven billing. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using Proclaim Case Management System.
