HOUSING FACILITIES OPERATIVE - 2 POSTS

Housing Facilities Operative’s will need to carry out fire, health & safety checks and undertaking general housekeeping service in accordance with a pre-determined schedule at allocated multi-occupancy dwellings throughout the city; keeping accurate records of inspections in accordance with building safety guidelines, liaising with residents and key partners as required.
The postholders will be allocated a work location within the City boundary, however they will require flexibility to cover colleagues at sites throughout the City.
There are 2 full time, permanent position available.
