QUALIFICATIONS

• Any degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with GIS software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about housing policies and community development practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Previous experience in a relevant field through internships or volunteer work would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
