Responsibilities

The Department for Infrastructure (DOI) is establishing a new Housing Agency to address the Island’s affordable housing needs through a focused and streamlined approach.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Housing Investment and Development Lead to play a key leadership role in delivering capital projects that support the Department’s affordable housing objectives.
You will oversee the planning, procurement, and delivery of new and refurbished housing developments, working closely with the DOI Housing team, local authorities, and private developers to increase the availability of high-quality, affordable homes across the Island. While the internal team includes one direct report, you will also be responsible for commissioning and managing external consultants and contractors to support project delivery.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a major housing initiative and make a lasting impact on the Island’s future.
If you love to inspire and motive, we would love to hear from you!
