Job Title: Housing/Lease Manager
Reports To: Jasmine Beange
Location: Monarch Recovery Services, Greater Sudbury, ON
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Housing/Lease Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the effective financial and operational management of the Supportive Housing program. This position is responsible for overseeing all budgeting and financial reporting, identifying and securing funding opportunities, and specifically managing the operations of a 48-unit housing program. The role includes landlord engagement, lease management, tenant coordination. As a member of the management team, the Housing/Lease Manager also contributes to strategic planning, compliance, and organizational sustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Post-secondary education in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a not-for-profit or housing context.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social services, in particular Mental Health and Substance Use Health.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Experience negotiating contracts and managing landlord relationships.
· Knowledge of housing programs, property management, and social services is an asset.
Excellent communication in both English and French, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
