THE PERSON

If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you:
We are looking for an individual who has knowledge of the Scottish Secure and Short Scottish Secure Tenancies and who has experience of working with a range of Supports available to tenants. You will have experience of partnership working when managing tenancies. You will be committed to assisting tenants to sustain their tenancy, while also taking action against any breaches of tenancy.
You will need good time management, communications and organisational skills. You will also possess IT Skills.
You will be educated to SCQF level 5 or equivalent and you will require (if you do not already hold this) to undertake the SVQ4 in Housing and Homepoint 2 qualifications.
