KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offering specialist legal advice to clients on housing management matters, including tenancy agreements, rent arrears, and possession claims
• Advising landlords on issues such as anti-social behaviour (ASB) and breach of tenancy injunctions
• Managing client cases in line with the firm’s policies, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring timely progression
• Contributing to the firm’s business development efforts and actively supporting marketing initiatives
• Representing clients at hearings in the County Court
• Meeting billing targets and recording time efficiently
• Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support
• Participating in the professional development of the team and contributing to training initiatives
