OVERVIEW

The Housing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management and operations of residential properties. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively negotiate agreements, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of property management software, particularly Yardi.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease negotiations.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Valid UK driving licence (if field-based work is required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Housing, Social Work, or related field.
