Job Details Job Location: PMC-Harrisonburg Corps - HARRISONBURG, VA 22802 Job Category: Housing Schedule/Hours: Varying Schedule, including weekends and evenings. Part-Time position. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour This position is responsible for: Perform a wide variety of functions to ensure the safety, security and well being of the shelter residents as well as the building. Key Responsibilities: Monitor client's day to day activities including scheduling and inventorying passes, taking of prescribed medication, and resident's general whereabouts. Maintain shelter logbook through documentation, as directed by the Shelter Director. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and labeling. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Work is performed in a lodge/shelter facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated. Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to lift light objects weighing less than 24 pounds.
