About the role Help keep Foothills Park and Western Welding Academy Student Housing running smoothly. You’ll support daily office workflows—phones and email, check-in/check-out packets, supply tracking, vendor scheduling, and accurate recordkeeping—while learning professional office systems and service standards. What you’ll do Prepare and process student/tenant check-in/out paperwork; schedule appointments and send confirmations. Track supply check-outs and replenishment; keep simple logs up to date. Handle phones and email with a professional, helpful tone; route requests appropriately. Enter data into forms, logs, and spreadsheets; maintain tidy digital/physical files. Coordinate basic vendor scheduling (cleaners, maintenance). Follow documented steps for receiving/accepting rent and reconciling logs. Complete one small process improvement (e.g., turn checklist, onboarding packet, or supply checkout cleanup) with a simple handoff. What you’ll learn Office operations and systems, customer service, inventory basics, money handling procedures, scheduling, documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and process improvement. What you bring Clear, courteous communication by phone and email; solid spelling/grammar. Attention to detail; comfort with checklists and multitasking. Basic spreadsheet and document skills (Google Workspace or similar). Reliability and professionalism; ability to maintain confidentiality. Nice to have: experience with simple templates or dashboards. Reliable attendance, timely responses, accurate forms/logs, on-time vendor bookings, and completion of the improvement project.
