?? What You’ll Be Doing

Tenancy Sustainability – Responsible for the housing and estate management of a small portfolio of properties

  • Championing Community Wellbeing: Investigate and tackle anti-social behaviour, hate crime, and tenancy fraud head-on.
  • Problem-Solving on the Front Lines: Investigate issues, prepare legal cases, and work alongside legal representatives as required at court hearings.
  • Collaborating for Change: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver real results.
  • Adapting with Purpose: Stay flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of our tenants and communities.

?? About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Is a natural communicator who listens, empathises, and acts.

  • Is experienced in ASB casework and tenancy management, with a solid grasp of housing or community settings.
  • Confident in legal processes and court representation.
  • A team player who thrives under pressure and works independently.

An enhanced DBS check, a valid driving licence and an insured vehicle is required for this role
