ROLE SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of temporary accommodation and its occupants.
• The successful candidate will ensure that providers/contractors adhere to contract terms and conditions, and that all accommodation meets Health and Safety standards and Council requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of temporary accommodation, ensuring adherence to contract terms and Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure licensees abide by their conditions of licence, focusing on rental payments and tenant-like conduct.
• Take enforcement action as necessary and refer complex cases to specialist teams.
• Provide occupants with appropriate advice on housing options and support their efforts to secure permanent accommodation.
• Refer vulnerable applicants for additional support to help them sustain their accommodation.
