As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our extraordinary team members feel welcomed and cared for during their stay with us. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will empower the smooth and efficient operation of our staff accommodation facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Manage and maintain our dedicated staff accommodation, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our valued team members. * Oversee the allocation of rooms, accurately documenting occupancy and ensuring compliance with company policies. * Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any maintenance or cleanliness issues, ensuring immaculate living spaces. * Collaborate with various departments to coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry services to meet high-quality standards. * Foster a positive atmosphere by resolving conflicts, managing complaints, and promoting a strong sense of community among staff. What do we need from you? * Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive relationships with staff members. * Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet and deliver exceptional service. * Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
