Real People Solutions are working on behalf of a valued public sector client to recruit an experienced and motivated Housing Performance and Systems Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking Housing Service at a time of real transformation. You’ll help shape new systems, deliver impactful data insights, and support colleagues with the tools and training they need to deliver excellent housing services to the community.

EXPERIENCE

• Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI, data connections, and interactive report development.
• Confidence delivering both one-to-one and group training sessions.
• Experience in systems administration and improving operational processes.
• Excellent ICT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally specialist housing software.
• A detail focused, analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with housing services, local government, or similar public sector settings is highly desirable.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

• Deliver engaging induction training to new staff, ensuring they’re confident in using housing systems.
• Provide ongoing system support, gathering feedback and helping develop improvements.
• Play a key role in major system replacement projects, applying project management techniques.
• Identify key performance measures to drive service improvements.
• Produce clear, insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Analyse and reconcile data to ensure accuracy across all housing systems.
• Present findings to senior managers and collaborate on service improvements.
