HOUSING & PREVENTION MANAGER

Location: Godfrey Road, Newport, NP20 4UR

Responsibilities
The role encompasses supporting the ongoing restructuring of the service, with a strong emphasis on delivering cultural changes to enhance service quality. The successful candidate will work closely with 5 Team Leaders, who oversee a team of 25 Officers, to implement these changes effectively.

Person Specification

• Demonstrated experience in delivering cultural change is crucial.
• While in-depth knowledge of the Housing Wales Act is beneficial, it is not essential for this position.
• Flexibility to work a 4-day week on a pro-rata pay basis.
• Availability to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
