Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The main purpose of this role is to provide a reception service and administrative support at Salix Homes Head Office Diamond House. You will be the first point of contact taking enquiries from customers, contractors and other visitors ensuring they are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner to deliver a high-quality service in accordance with Salix Homes’ Customer Service Standards and targets.
Your working pattern will be 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

THE ROLE - WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You will be the welcoming face of Salix Homes, greeting visitors, customers, and contractors professionally and warmly at our Diamond House reception
  • Support customers at first point of contact, listening with empathy and offering clear advice, and guidance where needed.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping spaces organised, secure, and well-presented while logging and monitoring visitors.
  • You will handle tenancy related enquiries, from checking documentation and taking payments to processing tenancy terminations and issuing key receipts
  • You will provide administrative support, including managing team inboxes, booking meeting rooms, handling post, and updating systems with accuracy
