Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Are you a highly organised individual with strong customer service and IT skills? We’re looking for a Housing Repairs Admin Coordinator to join the team to work part time hours, supporting essential repair services for residents across the city and to provide a fantastic service to the tenants ensuring their repairs are delivered in a timely manner and to an excellent standard.
A knowledge of Housing Services or scheduling would be an advantage but not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and arrange repair works for council tenants, ensuring repairs are carried out “Right First Time”
  • Be the main point of contact for operatives and supervisors on-site, helping to resolve issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Ensure that the repairs go as planned and finding solutions to any problems that may arise
  • Keep residents informed on the status of their repairs, offering excellent customer service throughout
  • Collaborate closely with other teams including Trade Managers, Housing Services, the Estates team, and the Citizen Contact Centre
  • Liaising with residents and stakeholders on a daily basis
