Responsibilities

The Housing Support Case Worker provides intensive case management, education, and practical support to participants of CatholicCare NT’s Housing Support program. This role focusses on a stepped model of care, assisting individuals in Transitional Housing as well as those requiring Tenancy Support in Public Housing. Using a person-centred and coordinated approach. the Case Worker ensures that participants receive tailored based on their individual needs.
