WAGE: $19.00 - $21.00/hourly
JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally aware individual to work as a Housing Support Representative II at our Higher Ground-Minneapolis location. This position may work overnights and weekends.
The Housing Support Representative will act as a liaison and provide superior customer service while assisting residents, outside agency providers, and vendors. Under general supervision, they will maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for residents by providing referral information on a wide variety of topics. They will assist in resolution and de-escalation of emerging problems or situations that residents may face and ensure that rules and policies are consistently enforced.
