Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Enniskillen
Contract/Hours: Permanent, full time (working 37 hours a week on a shift rota basis) - do still apply if you can do at least 25 hours a week as we would consider part time too

As a Housing Support Worker you’ll build and maintain professional working relationships with our young people and their families, by providing emotional, social and practical support. You’ll work as part of a fantastic, committed team to provide a high quality and person-centred care to our young people and their families, ensuring the views and needs are heard and responded to by promoting communication and participation.
Working in residential care can be extremely rewarding. Our aim is to give every young person we work with the support and guidance to reach their potential by championing their aspirations for a positive future and continuing to promote their independence.

Some key responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker role are:

  • Supporting young people to achieve their potential.
  • Establishing relationships and links within the community to assist our young people and their families.
  • Assisting the Residential Workers to support the young people.
  • Contributing to care plans, support plans and risk assessments.
  • Carrying out 1-2-1 work with the young people to help them with cooking, budgeting and looking for jobs etc. and attending appointments with them.
