The successful applicant for this FTC (based in Bangor) will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective high quality support service to vulnerable people with complex needs (Domestic Abuse, Substance misuse, mental health issues, etc.) in Ynys Môn.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
