This is a flexible substitute position designed for individuals who want to work in Early Childhood Education without being tied to a single classroom or a set 40-hour schedule. Diverse Experience: This role allows you to gain hands-on experience working with various age groups and learn from our team across our Houston schools. Position Details Role:You can join as a substitute in a lead or assistant teacher role depending on your current qualifications Hours: Shifts are available Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You can sign up to work as many or as few hours as you’d like. Ages Served: Infant, Toddler, and Preschool (Ages 0–5) Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience and credentials Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent required. A passion for working with young children Fluent in Spanish with ability to read, write, and speak Bilingual in Spanish and English with ability to read, write, and speak (preferred) Ready to get started?
