Supports project management team initiatives, assisting with task prioritization and execution. Assists operations team to find trends, discover KPIs, and support multiple departmental improvements. Helps in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency in operations. Assists in ensuring that the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintains confidentiality of information obtained in connection with duties, in line with corporate compliance and policies. Impacts own work and acts as a team member by providing information in support of team efforts.
