Description
Act as the primary point of contact for Workstation Sales Specialists in our contact centres, providing them with product knowledge, industry insights, and sales strategy guidance. Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Sales, and Alliances teams to align on product launches, pricing, and promotional activities. Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product positioning and campaign planning. Own the business plan for the Workstation segment, including forecasting, initiative execution, and performance tracking. Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives, leveraging tools like AI-based recommendations and customer profiling tools. Represent the Workstation business in internal forums and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Support the onboarding and enablement of local market teams through training and best practice sharing. Passionate about e-commerce and technology. Minimum 5 years' experience in category management or commercial sales, ideally in a digital or direct-to-consumer environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. Self-starter with a structured approach and a collaborative mindset. Experience in managing Workstation or high-performance computing categories. Familiarity with AI PC trends and e-commerce. Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages a plus.
