Manufacturing Engineer R&R 【Job Description】 1.Setup standard capacity of production line 2.Setup standard production resource(4M1E) of production line & data maintenance. 3.Improve FPY 4. Analysis and improvement of customer complaints. 5. Training of production line personnel and elimination of abnormal conditions 6. Preparation of MOI & SOP 7. Writing of analysis reports 8. Good communication skills, able to participate in internal and external meetings 【Qualifications】 1. More than 1 year working experience in SMT process 2. Can cooperate with three shifts and holidays. 3. Strong execution, obedience and high discipline, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills. 4.
