Description

Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s global network and Azure cloud environment, ensuring stability, security, and high availability. Provide network and cloud support, collaborate with international teams, and travel abroad when needed for projects, installations, and troubleshooting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Network & Cloud Manage global network (LAN/WAN/VPN/SD-WAN) and Azure cloud services. Maintain virtual machines, security settings, and performance. 2. Security Configure firewalls, ACL, IDS/IPS, and security policies. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST. 3. Support Provide user support and resolve connectivity issues. 4. Projects Handle cross-border projects and collaborate with overseas teams. Travel abroad for implementation and troubleshooting. 5. Documentation Maintain SOP, configuration records, and user guides. ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Technical Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and common client applications. Good English language skills with proven drafting ability. At least 3 years of experience as an IT professional. Knowledge of modern Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware, firewall and vCenter. Overseas onsite support experience is a plus. M365 experience is a plus. Knowledge/ Work Experience Good understanding of and experience of ITIL processes, especially with change, incident and problem management. Strong IT security awareness. Key Behavioral Competencies Handle work and data with Integrity. Able to work independently. Very good team and communication skills. Proactively take responsibilities.
