REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources Management;
• Good knowledge and relevant experience in HR;
• Ensure confidentiality, discretion, responsibility, and respect;
• Strong teamwork and good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders;
• Take initiatives and ability to propose innovative solutions tailored to employee needs;
• Rigorous work approach and good organizational skills;
• Priority management and multiple tasking;
• Openness to change and commitment.
• Experience in having handled complete processes or missions in autonomy, getting expected results on quality and time.
• Fluency in French and English;
• Proficiency with MS Office tools – HRAccess knowledge is as asset
