WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR Consulting or HR Business Partner role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions and the ability to provide strategic, business-focused advice
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex HR challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest HR trends, best practices, and compliance regulations in the Philippines
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with HR software tools

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced HR Account Supervisor to join our dynamic HR Consulting team at Business Trends Philippines’. In this full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services to our diverse client portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the HR service delivery
  • Provide expert guidance and support on a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop tailored HR solutions, and implement strategic initiatives to drive business objectives
  • Manage a team of HR Consultants, ensuring excellent service delivery and professional development
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and proactively offer innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and compliance regulations to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the HR Consulting practice
