We’re looking for a detail-loving, people-centered pro to join our team in a hybrid support role that blends the best of HR and Accounting. From onboarding new hires and managing employee records to supporting payroll, benefits, and even handling a few finance tasks — you’ll be the go-to guru who keeps it all organized.
In this role, no two days are exactly the same. One day you might be updating employee info in ADP, the next you’re coordinating open enrollment, troubleshooting a PTO question, or reconciling a benefits invoice. You’ll also help with fun team events and community initiatives, all while keeping compliance and accuracy top of mind.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree or the equivalent preferred. High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 2 years minimum in Administration and/or Accounting.
  • Strong Administrative skills, such as detail orientation, organizational skills, accuracy, data entry.
  • We are looking for a high energy, detail orientated individual who can own the payroll process in ADP from start to finish.
  • If you have experience in both ADP Workforce Now and MS Dynamics Business Central that would make you the Unicorn of our recruiting process.
  • It would be super great if you were creative, resourceful, flexible, and just internally motivated to be completely awesome.
  • We are going to ask you to take feedback, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and be willing to roll with the energy of the day.

  • The pay range for this role is broad. We will base the hourly wage on experience and skills, within the range. (Range: $22/hour - $30/hour)
