HR & ACCOUNTING OFFICER – PAYROLL,VAT & CORPORATE TAX EXPERIENCE IN UAE

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with Accounting Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations such as employee management and compliance while handling essential accounting and tax compliance tasks, ensuring efficient administrative, financial, and regulatory processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR and basic accounting preferably in construction,fitout or contracting company.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll, and WPS system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and XERO Accounting Software.
• Experience using ERP systems for employee management and payroll automation.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of basic financial analysis and budget preparation.
• Hands-on experience in VAT filing, VAT reconciliation, and compliance with FTA regulations.
• Basic understanding and practical experience in UAE corporate tax filing and reporting.
• Strong budgeting skills, including budget creation, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Ability to prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and compliance documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

EXPERIENCE:

• Human Resource: 3 years minimum in UAE (Required)
• Accounting: 3 years in UAE (Required)

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

HUMAN RESOURCES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage employee records, payroll, and attendance tracking.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Process work permits, visa renewals, and insurance documentation.

ACCOUNTING & TAX KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
• Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier payments, and petty cash.
• Support financial reporting, VAT reconciliation, and basic corporate tax compliance.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with FTA regulations.
• Assist in UAE corporate tax filings and documentation.
