Job Title: HR & Accounts Executive About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive who can support both people operations and basic finance/accounting activities. This hybrid role is ideal for a fast-growing startup where flexibility, ownership, and multitasking are key. Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining formalities, documentation, HRIS updates. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team (attendance, LOP, new joiners/exits). Handle employee engagement activities, internal communication, and event coordination. Assist in performance review cycles and policy implementation. Support compliance activities (PF, ESI, labour law documentation) in coordination with vendors. Accounts & Finance Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (petty cash, vouchers, reimbursements). Vendor management: invoice collection, verification, and follow-up. Coordinate with CA/Finance team for monthly bookkeeping and statutory filings. Prepare basic financial reports or summaries as required. Support procurement documentation and maintain expense records. Assist in payment processing and maintaining logs of outgoing payments. General Administration Liaise with external partners: payroll vendors, CA, consultants, recruiters. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance. Support office administration activities when required. 2–3 years of combined experience in HR, Accounts, or Admin roles. MBA – HR (mandatory). Basic knowledge of accounting processes and financial documentation. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR systems/tools.
Responsibilities
