Job Description

• Ensure timely & accurate recording of invoices in Xero
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on any discrepancies in invoices & other supporting documents
• Review monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Checking and preparation of employee timesheets and monthly petty cash claims
• Ensure compliance of company process/procedures
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system on internal cloud system
• Other HR administrative duties such as monthly manpower reporting
