Advario is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, the HR Admin will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and enhancing the overall employee experience at our company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks while actively contributing to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, leave balances, and performance management documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capability and engagement. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws to ensure compliance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
