Ajaib is an investment company in Indonesia with a mission to make investing simple and accessible for everyone. We are seeking a HR Admin to support our People team in handling administrative formalities, especially related to employee documentation and travel needs. This role is suitable for someone with prior experience in HR administration who is detail-oriented and organized. Prepare and manage employee formalities documents (e.g., letters of employment, invitation letters, assignment/travel letters). Support the arrangement of work permits, visas, and other official documents for employees and visitors when needed. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies related to employee travel and formalities. Maintain accurate records of employee formalities documents, both physical and digital. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes related to formalities and documentation. Ensure timely and proper processing of formalities in line with company policies and regulations. Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. Revelant experience in HR administration, office administration, or handling employee formalities is a strong plus. Familiarity with handling formalities such as visas, permits, or travel documents is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Google Workspace. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (written and spoken). Able to work independently with a proactive attitude. Willing to be employed under a contract agreement.
