We’re seeking an experienced HR admin and operations person to join our human resources function, ensuring the seamless management of our most valuable asset – our people.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • At least 3-4 years experience in HR admin related matters
  • High level of initiative and proactiveness
  • Reliable and strong communication skills
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies
  • Good verbal and written command of English
Responsibilities
  • Lead the hiring cycle, from identifying talent to conducting interviews and finalizing selections.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage training requests, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
  • Assist in payroll operations
  • Administer employee benefits programs, plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee learning and development activities.
  • Review, track, and approve employee expense claims.
  • Oversee everyday office functions such as correspondence handling, visitor reception, supplier coordination, invoice processing, and liaising with the U.S. finance department.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming visitors
  • Coordinate logistics for special projects, marketing initiatives, and client visits.
  • Carry out miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
