Role description We are looking for a dedicated HR admin to support our Human Resources department which have responsibilities in various section : TA, HR administration and day-to-day HR operations. This role will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes, contributing to the growth and development of the organization. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Social Science, Law, Psychological Science or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to recruitment and/or training preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS, SAP for HR). Good communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Suuport the administration to be full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Support the implementation of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Maintain records of employee participation in learning and development activities. Assist in the preparation of training materials and coordinate with trainers or external vendors. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Assist HR team in audits and compliance-related documentation.
