Job title: HR Admin Assistant (Part time, 3 days a week Wednesday – Friday)
Location: Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: £18,343 pro rata

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for interview scheduling using tools such as MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • A key part of this role will be to raise job requisitions and ensuring they are correct, and procedures are followed
  • A daily task will be dealing with queries in a timely and professional manner
  • You will support stakeholders with the internal recruitment processes, which will also involve diary management
  • A requirement will be managing a process in a highly organised and structured way
  • You will be involved in and carry out the improvement of processes

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Ability to support to multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent diary Management skills
  • Experience of strong administration skills
  • Proven Excel experience including data management with the ability to perform VLOOKUP’s
  • Evidence of process management
