Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties
  • Perform end to end recruitment process, inclusive of interview coordination
  • To assist in the process of foreign workers work pass related matters, WICI, hospitalization insurance in compliance with MOM requirements
  • Monitor staff daily attendance and leave record via HR system
  • To update and maintain employee records in the HR system
  • P-File management to ensure all necessary documents are file appropriately in employees’ P-Files and HR system.
  • Assist on monthly payroll processing
  • Responsible for staff training and development matters
  • Prepare HR reports and surveys when necessary
  • Staff benefits and compensation administration
  • Responsible for company insurance, license and medical insurance claims
  • Promptly update company new policies and procedures onto company platforms, employee handbook etc
  • Liaise with government bodies on HR related matters
  • Resolve staff feedbacks/complaints
  • Handle general enquiries through office fixed line, email and walk-ins
  • Ensure proper usage and tidiness of meeting rooms/pantry/nursing room
  • Liaise with external service providers such as Janitorial company, Security company etc
  • Responsible for company events, meals, transport, hotel accommodation booking etc
  • Procurement of office stationeries and pantry supplies as and when required
  • Responsible for company vehicle matters
  • Arrange document for courier service as and when required
  • Oversee the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Admin functions
  • Familiar with end to end process of the recruitment cycle
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment
  • Willing to learn, independent, meticulous, hardworking
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to translate English to Chinese or vice verse
  • Preferably Singaporean
