Description

As our HR & Admin Assistant, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager and contribute to both day-to-day HR operations and special project initiatives. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR practices while getting involved in meaningful projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and assist in issuing HR-related documents (e.g. contracts, letters)
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks (leave tracking, claims, etc.)
  • Handle general office administration and other ad-hoc duties
  • Assist in planning and executing projects , including process improvements and basic automation
  • Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to campaigns and social media efforts
  • Help organize employee engagement activities (events, surveys, feedback analysis)
