The role This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to become part of our supportive team.  Working in an exciting and evolving environment of the Early Childhood Education sector, this role will be working with the Worker Register to ensure compliance, while working to improve the support systems to increase productivity.  Your key responsibilities will include: * Entering data into a national database * Managing competing timeframes * Ensuring the accuracy of data * Verifying of compliance documentation * Collaborate, communicate and work effectively as a member of the team  About You To be successful for the role you will have: * Australian working rights * A ‘can do’ attitude * A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) * Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency using Microsoft Office and administrative systems * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing  * Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly Why join us?
