JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Senior Manager/Assistant Director of Learning and Development, Employee Awards, Engagement, and Wellness, the HR Admin Assistant provides full administrative support to foster a culture of continuous learning, employee recognition, and overall well-being within ECON Healthcare Group.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, or Wellness programmes.
  • Diploma in Business Admin or a related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Good planning and organising skills.
  • Meticulous with attention to details.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and outlook).
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning and employee well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Business Admin or a related field
