Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Management / Finance & HR Support Company: Meander Hostel (Taiwan-based international chain) Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Reports to: CFO Job Responsibilities Support the CFO in implementing internal financial controls and risk management. Track revenue and expense documentation, and assist with financial statement preparation. Manage procurement and payment processes with compliance. Oversee accounts payable/receivable and forecast cash flow. Handle HR administrative tasks, including contracts, insurance, payroll, and recruitment. Schedule interviews and support performance appraisals. Conduct weekly bank transactions and general administrative duties. Skills & Experience Bachelor s degree with 3 + years of experience. Excellent command of Mandarin (required). Logical, detail-oriented, able to work independently with overseas supervisors. Adaptable to a startup environment; multitasking under deadlines. Effective communication and vendor negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
