Job Title: HR AssistantOverview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant with hands-on experience using Central Reach, Google Sheets, and AppSheet. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking BCBA sessions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting HR and administrative tasks related to team operations. Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor BCBA sessions accurately within Central Reach. Record and update session data in Google Sheets and AppSheet. Ensure all documentation is organized, complete, and compliant with company procedures. Assist with HR administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and data entry. Coordinate with supervisors and staff to confirm session logs and updates. Generate and maintain performance or attendance reports as needed. Support other HR-related functions when required. Proven experience working with Central Reach. Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, reports). Experience with AppSheet or similar app-based tracking tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and time management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proven experience in behavioral health or ABA therapy administrative support
