Description

As HR and Admin Executive , your primary responsibilities involve execution of various HR operational tasks and handling of office administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional qualification with prior experience in HR and office administration. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Responsibilities

Human Resource

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process from job postings, sourcing, coordinating interviews to new hires orientation for smooth onboarding.
  • Assist in payroll-related tasks, including preparation, verification, and addressing payroll enquiries.
  • Assist in sourcing and implementation of training programs that meet staff developmental needs.
  • Support performance management process, administer employee benefits and compensation matters.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and documentations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies and regulations.
  • Perform HR administrative duties such as processing of work passes, preparation of employment agreement, confirmation letters, monthly reports and metrices.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.

Administration

  • Provide administrative support in scheduling and coordination of meetings, employee relations events, travel arrangements, visa application, expense report and claims.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend to guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform any other tasks as the need arises.
