HR FUNCTIONS – 40%

  • Administer and manage the Whyze HR system, including monthly calculation of commissions, incentive adjustments, and payroll preparation.
  • Handle all matters related to foreign employees, such as work pass applications/renewals, arranging medical checkups, and updating records with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and orientation to offboarding and exit formalities.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, including Letters of Appointment, Confirmation Letters, Performance Reviews, and Leave Records.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. MOM, IRAS) on HR-related matters.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resource and administration
  • Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to details, organizing skills and good follow-through skill
  • Experience in Whyze HR system and Studio Manager system will be an advantage
